Your new role
As an experienced Email Communications Manager, with experience in Marketing Automation, you will lead a team of Digital Campaign Production Managers.
You will have previous experience in email production strategy, with a strong project mindset, ensuring email campaigns are executed in the most efficient and coherent way.

This is a new and varied role in which you will:

* Continually review email production strategy and recommend improvements, challenging the status quo and championing best practice
* Deliver ongoing process solutions to drive reduced campaign delivery times and costs
* Act as the point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders
* Provide specialist support to projects and the development of colleagues across the team and wider business Maintain robust quality assurance controls to ensure campaigns deliver to their requirements before releasing into production


What you'll need to succeed

* Proven success and a solid understanding of the email marketing landscape, platforms and technologies, having worked with large scale email marketing programs
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise a team across multiple simultaneous projects
