A leading European Manufacturing business based in Maldon, Essex are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their Digital Strategy and create Digital growth.

Your new role
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing a digital strategy that drives the business' strategic goals. This will include optimisation of the website, amplifying the brand and content, managing all HubSpot functions, creating & optimising marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, social and content channels. Reviewing campaign performance against ROMI and KPIs, and also planning and executing conversion tests and experiments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create landing pages and optimise user experience, as well as lead the SEM strategy (SEO & PPC).

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need a B2B background within Digital Marketing, with knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, CMS, SEO and PPC.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, inbound marketing and the ability to optimise landing pages and user funnels is key.
You will be a data-driven leader with strong project management and analytical skills.

What you'll get in return
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Hybrid working from office based in Maldon, Essex
Competitive Salary £50,000 - 55,000 per annum
Bonus scheme
25 days holiday per annum + 8 Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service, up to a maximum of 30 days per year
