The Company - Marketing Manager

Our client is an exciting e-commerce and retail organisation, based in Mildenhall, Suffolk and London. Despite its relatively small size, it’s absolutely booming in its reach and profits, with its excellent customer targeting and customer service.

They’re seeking a Marketing Manager in this stand-alone role to really make a difference and improve their marketing across all channels, digital in particular. They’re looking for someone ideas driven, ideally with some previous branding experience too.

The Role - Marketing Manager

Reporting into the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for updating and managing their website, assisting to develop strategies and fully manage the implementation, write content, conduct multi-channel campaigns, and look after their advertising and materials.

You’ll have the support of the MD, and also 3 key agencies specialising in SEO, PPC, and web design.

Requirements - Marketing Manager

• At least 4 years of marketing experience from a B2C background, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
• Confident in managing agencies/freelancers and working closely with company directors.
• Previous line management would be ideal as there is a likelihood of expanding the team in the future.
• Digital marketing skills including e-commerce/website management, paid and organic campaigns and content writing.

Location

This position is ideally full-time in the office, but they can offer one day working remotely or a condensed 4 day week.

Suitable commutable locations include: Mildenhall, Brandon, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Red Lodge, West Row, Fordham, Ely, Soham, Beck Row, Barton Mills, Thetford, Risby, Kentford, Littleport, Lakenheath, and wider areas of West Suffolk/South Norfolk and West Cambridgeshire.
