We’re looking for a new Head of Producers to join our team. With a combination of long-standing client relationships and four recent pitch wins there’s no better time to join us!

Service: Global integrated creative marketing agency, helping brands become memorable and buyable - from planning through to execution.

About You:

What we're looking for is passion for advertising and the ability to adapt and remain calm when the heat is on. The Producer team are the ones who make things happen. Thriving on execution and process, from project initiation through to completion and delivery.

You’ll be accountable for delivering exceptional standards of service across all client accounts and taking a top level approach to managing them, ensuring all projects are delivered on the brand goals. You guarantee consistency across client brands in terms of creative and understanding the brand objectives, all whilst capitalising on any upsell opportunities. You’ll also report on client account profitability and assist in managing required client investment to maximise growth potential from client accounts.

You’ll have proven experience of managing, mentoring, coaching and developing a team, along with people skills that will enable you to build and manage relationships with clients and colleagues. You ensure we have the right capacity and capability within the Producer team and assign these to the right accounts to deliver for our clients at the highest standard.

You’ve got proven experience of leading an agency pitch team through the pitch or procurement process and supporting in client contract negotiations. You can also demonstrate strong commercial awareness and have experience of financial forecasting and pipeline building.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing communications agencies as a Senior Project Manager/Producer, who’s looking for their next adventure in the world of marketing and project management.

However, for this role to be successful, travel to the Southampton office, up to two times a week to build relationships with the team is essential. We ask all our employees to attend the offices on Tuesday and Thursday where possible (but not mandatory) and for specific meetings where we like to get everyone together. Your working day can be flexible around your needs with core hours from 10am to 4pm.
