Job Details

A Permanent Product Manager job in Manchester with hybrid working paying £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.

Your new company
A commercial property specialist business which provides a range of modern office space and other products across the UK are looking to appoint a Product Manager to join their commercial team in Manchester. This job opportunity has arisen due to new challenges facing the industry with the increase of flexible working. This is a great job for someone to take ownership of the organisation's product delivery from inception to delivery. You will continually review strategy and through monthly and quarterly reports monitor this against budget.

Your new role
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a range of the company's products and services. Day to day duties will include liaising directly with stakeholders and other departments to suggest new products and strategies in line with competitor and external sector successes, taking these ideas from inception through to launch and then reviewing data to track performance and suggest any adjustments to the product / strategy. One key area of importance facing the business is to increase their sustainability offering so a passion in this area or previous experience with this would be desirable.

What you'll need to succeed
The organisation is seeking a professional Product Manager who has experience of managing multiple projects and seeing ideas through from inception through to implementation. You will have strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage with varying areas of the business to ensure they join you on the journey. Part of this role involves constant analysis of current offerings and the firm uses Salesforce as their CRM platform so prior knowledge of this would be preferable. The director is seeking a commercially astute project manager who is able to analyse market trends and make strategic decisions ensuring they can provide a market leading offering.

What you'll get in return
This is a great job opportunity for a Product Manager specialist to further their analytical skills working for a large property company. You will join a dynamic and friendly organisation keen to disrupt current trends in the sector. The firm would ideally like someone who can work to a hybrid working arrangement from their Manchester office. You'll receive a competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, modern working offices and a range of flexible benefits.
