An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Marketing Manager based in London promoting and developing the University of Applied Sciences brand and courses to a local/international audience. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for creating, implementing, executing and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy (focused heavily on online channels), developing social awareness within the market and adding value and input to all online activities, in order to maximise results and achieve ROI.
You will be expected to be fully involved from a ‘hands on’ perspective, working with LCCA & LCCM key stakeholders as well as the marketing/sales team in London and India ensuring targets are set and achieved, and that work load is prioritised effectively. Particular focus will be on lead generation targets, full control of marketing budget, consumer journey and integration of all marketing activities alongside sales and the International Business Developer Team.
We are looking for a skilled digital marketer with a proven record of managing online and offline marketing budgets, achieving leads targets, preparing in depth marketing reports and ability to demonstrate ROI. From time to time, the successful candidate maybe asked to also support and deliver ad hoc projects for the marketing team and group brands based on business needs and dependent on performance.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Executing and supporting the marketing strategy Planning resource and executing on all deliverables on time Developing, implementing local marketing, outdoor campaigns, event marketing and school outreach programmes Developing, implementing and managing the annual online marketing budget with emphasis on ROI Developing strategies to maximise Digital footprint and high SEO Creating, implementing and monitoring online marketing campaigns Reporting on KPIs and identifying growth opportunities in the online and local market Analysing post campaign reports (i.e PPC report, Keywords Performance Report, GA report, CRM report) and implementing recommendations Evaluating target audiences and delivering to their needs Ensuring integration with other marketing channels and improving the multichannel experience for all customers Managing, coaching and mentoring two marketing executives Supporting the Sales & Marketing Director on strategy and planning Proactively managing key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders Have some experience or exposure to Education market
- Educated to degree level in marketing or a related subject A minimum of three years’ management experience in a marketing environment Excellent team management skills An excellent knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management (PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM, CMS) Approaches work meticulously with thorough attention to detail Experience of full mix marketing, both on and offline Experience managing budgets and proving ROI Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work Good analytical/numerical skills Outstanding communication skills Must be fluent in English
