With proven marketing management experience you must be effective in devising and implementing strategies for both on and offline marketing within a product focussed business.

Reporting to the marketing director you must be particularly strong in all aspects of E-Commerce and should also be familiar with product packaging, catalogues, E-Mail campaigns, advertising etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage the 8 strong marketing team Devise multi-channel marketing campaigns Support & guide the development of promotional materials including catalogues, website content, adverts, E-Mails and much more Work with the team to produce marketing plans Proof read and sign off all marketing materials Control the marketing budget

What you’ll need – skills & experience:

• Ideally a marketing or business related degree Proven experience of managing a marketing team Experience within a product focussed, hard goods company, and ideally some knowledge of our product range A keen eye for design Strong awareness of a broad range of promotional and marketing techniques Excellent written, numerical and commercial skills
