Our client, a financial services company in the heart of Bristol, are seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to provide the organisation with trend analysis and identify improvement opportunities across all marketing channels.

Your new role

As the Marketing Performance Analyst, you'll provide analysis that enables decision making, improve effectiveness and efficiency across all marketing channels. You will produce data visualisation as per stakeholder request, this will provide insight on channel performance, media spend, conversion performance and profitability whilst ensuring all visuals align with the performance teams' reporting requirements.

You will manage the monitoring of the organisations competitor activity, suggesting appropriate changes with the proposition and performance analysis managers. Working with external agencies you will gather the appropriate data required in order to perform 'deep dive' analysis of the company's trading performance.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in the role you will need to possess the ability to analyse results and prioritise future delivery accordingly.

The ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and a demonstrable awareness of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and data visualisation. Our client is looking for someone who's innovative and not afraid to question the 'norm'

A knowledge of, and experience in data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI and Tableau. An advanced knowledge of Excel would be beneficial. You will be driven to learn new things and have an inquisitive nature.

Having a prior knowledge/ understanding of working in a regulated environment is desirable, as is a working knowledge of SQL
