Who you will be working for
Tillotts UK is the largest wholly owned subsidiary of Tillotts Pharma AG, part of the Japanese Zeria Group; their Head Office is based in converted stone stables in the grounds of Wellingore Hall, Lincolnshire . Tillotts Pharma UK is a market leading pharma company with a focus on gastroenterology and employs over 45 people in the UK. They work closely with healthcare professionals across the UK to enhance patient care, support the educational growth of healthcare professionals and provide value to the NHS.

What you will be doing
As Marketing Associate you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the wider Marketing team. Your core role will be to implement and deliver effective communication campaigns and materials for LOGIC, an education programme delivered by Tillotts, to enable healthcare professionals in gastroenterology to develop their skills. Key responsibilities will include working on the development and adaptation of promotional material for LOGIC, promoting upcoming educational modules & learning resources as well as communicating around planning and implementing annual events aimed at IBD Nurses. You will work collaboratively with internal functions including sales & medical affairs and externally with a range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals and creative agencies.

What we are looking for
The role would suit someone who is degree qualified from a scientific, marketing or business discipline who is keen to embrace the opportunity to commence a career within the Pharmaceutical industry. The role could be suitable for a recent graduate, and we are seeking someone who can demonstrate strong project management and advanced communications skills.

What you'll get in return
The initial role will be for a 12-month contract period, to cover a maternity leave; however you will be joining a growing organisation with the potential of a permanent role being available at the end of this period. The salary range is £25-29,000 which will depend on previous experience. You will be exposed to many opportunities for personal growth in this role, in an interesting, professional and rewarding environment.
