E-Learning Design Lead - Interim - Job - London - Hybrid - £400-£500 per day - Start ASAP

E-Learning Design Lead - Education - £400-£500 per day - 6 months with potential progression with other projects

This organisation is a prestigious University that promotes diversity both within the community and through ideas. With this, the company are looking to expand their E-Learning tools and services that they can offer students, especially as distance learning has become increasingly relevant in the past few years.

As the E-learning Design Lead, you will:


* Create a distance learning degree programme
* Work with academics to produce an e-learning model
* Promote the change in culture the organisation is striving for

Key duties and responsibilities:


* Responsible for the production and management of e-learning models
* Build strong stakeholder engagement in educational settings
* Be flexible when working with academics on these programmes
* Deliver the best possible content for the students, aligning with the educational standards
* Testing and respond to technical testing on the platform
* Maintain effective communication to ensure the programme is successful

Specifically the e-learning designer would need to have:


* a good understanding of e-learning pedagogical design
* the design and technical skills to effectively use e-learning development software such as Captivate and to create content for a learning management system
* a light grasp of the subject matter and best practice of design in this area (the first programme where we need a learning designer would be in the maths department for a data analytics masters)
* flexibility when working with academics
* ideally you will have worked in the Public Sector
* appreciation of the university environment and working with academics
