Digital Campaign Analyst
Hybrid working with time split between Home and Slough / Paddington
£40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience, plus annual discretionary bonus, pension, health support, life assurance

The Digital Campaign Analyst role:
We are on the hunt for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to help improve performance across our client's various digital marketing campaigns with insight and advice based on campaign data analysis. Working closely with the Digital Campaign Managers, you will make campaign recommendations and provide post-campaign analysis results to the local brand teams.
You will bring together quantitative and qualitative data to produce reports and insights that drive real change in how our client conducts customer-facing activities.
As part of your role, you will also be tasked with gathering feedback from local teams and creating dashboard visualisations for our client's various marketing initiatives.
With so much of our client’s success depending on online effectiveness, you will play a vital role allowing you to immerse yourself in their digital marketing and media strategies.
+ Creating monthly post campaign reports and present findings to local brand teams
+ Sharing new insights and provide performance recommendations to the Campaign Managers
+ Updating Global benchmark reports and conduct performance audits across our client’s media agencies
+ Developing new reporting templates and implement feedback received from the various teams
+ Creating interactive visualisations and reporting dashboards in our clients strategic marketing performance visualisation platform (Datorama)
+ Proven track record of delivering reports, analysis and insight that drives change within a digital marketing function
+ Strong Excel knowledge and experience of creating charts and other data visualisations
+ A proactive approach to meeting set standards and delivering tangible reports that add value
+ Ability to stay highly organised and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
+ Strong numerical skills and a statistical background
+ A passion for data analytics and understanding and interpreting data, to give it meaning and make it actionable for the marketing team
+ Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, ideally within a large corporate environment
+ Able to set realistic timelines and meet internal deadlines
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a digital/marketing role involving data analysis
+ Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level ideally in a business or marketing related subject
