The Marketing Manager Role:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing as part of a central function, you will design, support and deliver marketing strategies across our core service of Political Intelligence, to raise awareness of our brand, grow audiences and generate qualified leads to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for translating business objectives into marketing strategies and go-to market plans to ensure that customer satisfaction, brand perception, customer acquisition and retention goals are achieved. We are looking for someone to join our growing marketing team who is innovative and challenges our way of thinking.

About You:

+ 8+ years in marketing (international experience a plus)
+ Educated to degree level (desirable)
+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills
+ Track record of planning and executing results driven marketing campaigns with experience working with or managing agencies.
+ Experience of working within a media organisation including agencies, publishers, consultancies preferred
+ A good understanding of the political calendar, policy processes and political news landscape
+ Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise
+ Demonstrable experience of development and delivery of successful data-driven marketing plans
+ EMP and CRM system experience
+ Ability to report and present to senior management
+ Line management experience
