Senior Marketing Officer

£33,913 - £35,698 per year

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Officer to join our fast paced Marketing Team, which is part of our larger Development department.
The role will involve delivering an effective marketing service in response to customer and organisational need, to enhance the relevant business areas and Sanctuary’s reputation within the sector.
The role of Senior Marketing Officer will include:
- Assisting in the planning, coordinating and delivering of the comprehensive marketing campaigns and strategies delivered by the department Monitoring and reacting to market changes and implementing plans to overcome obstacles Working to develop B2C marcomms activities, segmenting audiences, maximising publicity opportunities and encouraging take up of services Leading the delivery of key marketing projects, using various elements of the marketing mix and participating in various on-site activities, visits and meetings Implementing high quality and effective marketing activities whilst meeting the budgets and timescales set Liaising with customers, colleagues and stakeholders internally and externally to build brand reputation and a consistent profile of services Supporting other members of the Marketing Team, including possible future line management responsibilities Playing a key role in the development of a number of social media accounts, creating and posting both paid and organic content
Skills and experiences:
- Demonstrable track record of working in a fast-paced sales or marketing role with experience in all marketing channels including print and online Knowledge and understanding of marketing to multiple audiences and looking after multiple brands or projects Proven experience of leading projects with strong project management skills Track record of high quality customer-focused delivery of work to tight deadlines, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of audiences and stakeholders from across multiple disciplines Ability to work efficiently upon own initiative Ability to prioritise workloads, excellent organisational skills and keen eye for detail to ensure that set tasks are completed to a consistently high standard Proficient in a range of IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint and other Microsoft packages
