As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll use your positive attitude and skills to help the marketing team achieve its objectives by delivering and developing materials, resources and communications that promote the RCN, its products and services.

It's a job full of possibilities as you will be involved in analysing data to inform marketing strategy and plans to recruit and retain members. We'll look to you to co-ordinate our digital advertising, update certain sections of the RCN website, produce emails and surveys, create insightful reports, monitor marketing material and incentive stock levels, and play a lead role in our national programme of nursing student recruitment activities. It's a great way to get involved with work throughout the organisation and develop your potential.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll use your enthusiasm, positivity and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to all our stakeholders.

As well as marketing, you’ll need knowledge of social media (owned, paid and earned) and other digital channels, as well as print and design processes.

To join us you’ll also need website content management and email platform skills and, ideally, a background in a relevant area such as membership organisations or health and social care.

Whatever your background, you'll be efficient, numerate and show a real customer focus in all you do.

The ability to organise and prioritise, to foster strong professional relationships, and to encourage close collaboration between departments are all at the heart of this role.
