Hays Marketing are currently supporting a leading Law Firm, who are searching for a Bid Manager to join their established team. This role can be based out of the Cambridge or Norwich office and offers a 50/50 hybrid and home working policy. This role encompasses both managing the bid process and actually drafting the material, so skills in both areas are essential.
Your new role
As the Bid Manager you will be responsible for the production of tenders across the firm ensuring bid best practice and providing practical support on all aspects the bid process. You will project manage the bid process, utilise the firm's bid automated system to create and produce content, and support the legal team through to presentation and debrief. Liaising with internal stakeholders, you will advise and guide them through both public and private sector bid processes.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires someone who has had significant bids experience, preferably in a professional services environment. It is essential that you have strong writing/proofreading skills, a good attention to detail and excellent IT knowledge/tender portal skills. You will be self-motivated and a confident communicator with proven project management skills.
What you'll get in return
Competitive Salary £50,000 - 55,000 per annum
