Internal Communications Adviser for Global Leading Asset Management Firm


Your new company

Your new company is a highly reputable, global leading and growing asset management firm with more than $937B* in assets under management. The company are highly specialised and offer their clients a diverse and comprehensive range of investment capabilities due to their teams being expert in risk management and quality controls. My client is publicly traded, with around 7,000 employees in over 20 countries. They are looking for an Internal Communications Adviser to join the team under a 6-month FTC. The role will offer a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day working in their Henley office, 1 day in the central London office and the rest working from home.

Your new role

As a Communications Assistant you will report to the Head of Internal Communications and be responsible for the management, coordination, and production of internal communications channels including the intranet, email, and newsletters to ensure alignment to the strategic objectives of the business and the global brand guidelines. You will be expected to liaise with stakeholders confidently and efficiently and demonstrate strong abilities in producing presentation materials.


Key Responsibilities


* Produce and deliver high quality and relevant communication content in line with the companies objectives and business priorities
* Provide internal communications support to the Head of IC
* Take responsibility for key communication channels and contribute to the management of the global IC channels
* Ensure the internal communication activities are aligned with the external to all the external communications activities
* Support to the continued efforts to maintain a strong corporate culture


What you need to succeed:


* Driven, independent and proactive attitude
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to write for different audiences across the business
* Firm knowledge on Share Point, Microsoft packages and Web content management systems
* Solid verbal communication skills and confidence when challenging and engaging stakeholders on how they communicate
* Knowledge on photographic media packages is favourable but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence to network effectively with both internal and external teams ranging in seniority
