Opportunity for a leading Law Firm. Offers hybrid working from Norwich or Cambridge offices.

Your new company
Hays Marketing are currently supporting a leading Law Firm, who are searching for a Communications Executive to join their growing team. This role can be based out of the Cambridge or Norwich office and offers a 50/50 hybrid and home working policy.

Your new role
As the Digital Marketing Executive you will be focusing on improving the firm's website and team's online presence. This will include:

* Increasing the organic reach using SEO
* Improving the usability, content, data capture and conversion of other digital channels and assets; conducting regular reviews and making recommendations for improvements based on a variety of data sources e.g. Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs etc
* Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing these against goals (ROI and KPI's)
* Writing and proof-reading website content, including landing pages, blog posts, that improves rankings, engagement and direct responses.
* Planning end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with team members and working with internal stakeholders to execute new ideas.
* Utilising key tools such as Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag manager etc
* Assisting with developing digital acquisition campaigns built across multiple channels such as Facebook Ads Manager / Google Ads Editor / LinkedIn ads etc.
* Creating and schedule compelling creative content (text/images/video) across various social profiles that engages our audience and enables the brand to maintain a consistent presence
* Produce weekly/monthly reports clearly communicating performance against target KPI's, analysis with actionable insights, and recommendations for optimisations
* Research / monitor and report on digital marketing strategies employed by competitors

What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience within a Digital Marketing capacity, with working knowledge of using social media in a corporate environment as well as CMS systems and various analytical tools.
You will need to use your initiative to identify opportunities for campaigns and content, and will be a team-player with excellent communication skills.
