We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a UKI Marketing Team in the role of Head of Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing. The role will be based in Central London with flexibility & hybrid home-working available.
Your new role
As Head of Digital Acquisition and Performance Marketing, your job will be responsible for leading performance marketing activities to drive traffic and acquire new customers, resulting in new and repeat revenue growth. As part of a wider Digital Marketing team, your primary focus will be Programmatic, Paid Search & Social, Display and Retargeting channels. You will manage a small team responsible for Paid Search & Social activities, taking the lead yourself in working with Affiliate Partners who execute the Programmatic Advertising strategy. The business are in an exciting time of channel diversification, meaning you will be responsible for Affiliate contract negotiations, liaising with IT for set-up, briefing and enabling the business users, and the continued monitoring & optimisation of channels to effectively track web applications.
You'll be managing a range of Performance and Acquisition projects; testing and piloting activities, managing budgets and analysing success metrics. You'll be driving both B2B and B2C web engagement - driving both traffic and applications on-site.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need a good understanding of the role of Acquisition in Digital strategy to be able to work with the CRM and SEO teams, but your skills and focus needs to be in Paid/Performance channels - Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic buying, Affiliate Management, Retargeting, and Display.
Other required skills include:
* Strategic experience in a fast paced digital or agency environment
* Experience managing a team and third-party agencies
* Proven understanding of the principles of marketing disciplines within the B2B & B2C worlds
* Experience in a comparable role where you are co-ordinating activity across all digital marketing channels and will have a good track record of delivering ROI on digital marketing spend
* Experience in either developing or utilising attribution and customer lifetime value models to support marketing planning and execution
* Skilled in Google Analytics/AdWords/SEM Rush
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £75,000 plus package including bonus. You will have the opportunity to head up a growing Performance Marketing team, during an exciting time of channel diversification and investment into exploring new areas of paid performance. You will work alongside colleagues specialising in various areas of Marketing, from CRM to Content, PR, Communications, SEO and Social Media in a large team functioning similarly to an in-house agency.
