Marketing Communications Specialist to join Global Communications team, for a global Aerospace manufacturer.

Your new company
A leading producer of resin systems and carbon-fiber reinforcements, world leader in manufacturing honeycomb for the commercial aerospace industry, working within multiple markets across the globe. Commercial Aerospace, Space & Defence, and Industrial markets, pushing the boundaries in product developments and technologies.

Your new role

* Organize and attend events -key responsibilities include overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
* Implement the strategy for the aerospace and industrial businesses social media calendar, managing the content and scheduling.
* Analyse and report on the performance of our social media engagement, setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
* Ensure the website is up to date, scheduling reviews with the team to ensure content is kept fresh and implementing updates to the business pages, in both English and French.
* Support the development of design and print collateral including brochures, datasheets, adverts and posters, in English and French.
* Draft and edit copy for internal and external communications across different mediums in English and French. Implement communication strategies internally and externally.
* Manage and maintain a photo library directory for official use with sign off approvals.
* Works with external agencies to ensure branding and best practice are applied.
* Ensures that brand standards are adhered to in all communications.
* Provide administrative support to Director of Marketing Communications and the Communications team.

What you'll need to succeed

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or business administration.
* Fluent in English (French is a bonus).
* Past work experience as a marketing communications executive or a similar role, or agency
* Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels and best practices, including social, digital and email marketing.
* Graphic design skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, social media skills, presentation development skills, InDesign in particular
* Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
* Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
