Your new role
As Marketing Graduate you will support the marketing team in the development and promotion of our client's new and existing products and work closely in the creation and implementation of critical timelines for all product launches. You will assist in the development and implementation of brands, projects, exhibitions and events, contribute to digital marketing strategies across brands, manage quote requests for pos material as required by the marketing and design teams, develop commercial awareness and apply this approach to all projects and co-ordinate direct mail and email campaigns. You will contribute to social media content, research the market for new trends, competitor activity and any other relevant research topics, contribute to the compilation of internal communications, carry out general departmental administration duties and liaise with internal departments on all aspects of marketing requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree qualification in marketing or business-related subject, minimum 2:1 award and a minimum of 1-year focused marketing placement with experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects and experience in working to tight deadlines and strong it skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, effective communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels, creative and imaginative, a willingness to learn and accuracy and attention to detail. You will have the ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly, a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm and ability to work in a team or individually, as required and flexible in terms of working hours. Desirable if you have a 1st class degree qualification in marketing or business-related subject, Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), able to manipulate databases for information and research purposes, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and demonstrate an organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise.
