My client are a well-known multinational corporation whose diversified business includes consumer and professional electronics, gaming, entertainment, and financial services. Their offices in Weybridge, Surrey are home to their Consumer Electronics division and due to a high workload we are looking for a Web/Digital Analyst to support the team with a growing number of requirements for Data support, initially on a 12 month contract.
Your new role
You will join the Business Intelligence team who manage the data requirements for digital marketing across 13 European Countries. The business relies on this team to gather business requirements, manage the data, build and automate reports, and present finding back to the business in support of all tagging and tracking, traffic conversions, web drop-offs, paid media, SEO, Social, eCommerce transactions, and CRM.
You will support the Web-Analytics Team in setting-up and managing different projects related to web analysis, reporting and data collection, in relation to various e-commerce and online marketing projects. This will include business analysis and reporting on data related to e.g. on site web-behaviour, online central media campaigns (Facebook, Google Shopping, Paid Search, Display, TikTok, YouTube Ads and more), providing insights on seasonal campaigns performance (Black Friday), supporting multiple teams achieve optimisation in their activities via consultancy and data insight generation or setting up new reports and data projects to provide actionable directions to marketing managers across Europe. You will provide guidance to teams to better their performance via data, as well as E-commerce related metric and dimensions like profit, investment, KGIs / KPIs / Metrics, and other business requirements related to customer behaviour (this could include data management on e.g., organic and incentivised reviews, keywords analysis, where to buy actions, customer path, etc.)
What you'll need to succeed
* Higher education degree or equivalent through experience
* Deep knowledge of Web-Metrics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. and BI tools (e.g. PBI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
* Experience in working with data, data warehouses etc.
* Analytical mind and able to lock down scope in writing
* Good communicator/team player
* Being able to create a bridge between business and IT teams, and talk both languages
* Coordination skills and follow up of development phases
* Experience with testing
* Advanced Excel User
What you'll get in return
You will have the option to work flexibly from home in a hybrid or home-working arrangement, and will receive a daily rate of up to £350 per day. This role is out of scope of IR35 and therefore you will be able to utilise a limited company.
