Your new company
Our client is a multinational discount supermarket chain with over 10,000 stores worldwide, and are constantly opening new stores globally, with an influx of impressive sales figures and are catering to an increasing number of consumers through their online stores.
Your new role
You will be responsible for all content on the company website. This includes short term tactical initiatives to support key seasonal events and brand marketing campaigns as well as building evergreen, search engine optimised content that drives new customer acquisition across our Grocery and Special offers. Importantly, you will be responsible for the on-site customer journey, from deciding what is featured on the home page to ensuring customers can quickly and easily find what they need. KPIs will include traffic and online sales from the organic channel as well as on-site email sign-ups. Working as part of the National Marketing team, you will technically lead three Assistants.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of growing traffic and online sales from Organic Search
Experience of UX and Customer Journey mapping
Experience of web content management
Experience of Supplier Management
Experience of working with SEO
Strong written and spoken communication skills. Candidates must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task.
Advanced Excel Skills and proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook

*Salary: £42,435 rising to £46,580
*5-day/40-hour week, working Monday- Friday, with the opportunity for remote working 2 days per week.
