Head of Scotland - Valuations

Brand new consultancy to Scottish market, seeking experienced individual to join business as Head of Scotland.

Your new company
My client are soon to launch their brand new consultancy business, with an office already set to hit the ground running in Wales, they are looking to get going with the Scottish business. The founders have a deep background in valuations and currently work with over 100 lenders in a different arm of their business portfolio. This is a really exciting opportunity to come into a role and make it your own, and join a business who pride themselves on setting the standard for the industry and getting it right for their clients, the first time.

In this unique position, you will have the opportunity to lead the business in its infancy and sit on the board of directors, having a great deal of influence and impact on strategy and direction.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an individual who has grown their career to a senior position within the valuations discipline, and is able to bring their own network of contacts and clients. This is an opportunity for a known individual in the Scottish market to really make a name for themselves on their own right. You must have a rounded understanding of both the commercial and residential sectors and come into the roll ready to get stuck in. Ambition to succeed as an individual as well as an entrepreneurial drive to see the success of the business is highly desirable.
