Trading Manager needed for leading Poole-based retailer

I have been tasked by a superb Poole-based B2B retailer, who have been going through a sustained period of exponential growth, to identify a key new hire for their team. This innovative, product-led business have a real focus on continuous improvement and a custom centric philosophy and have tens of thousands of products available across a range of eCommerce platforms. This extremely diversified organisation is planning further growth, and this is a fantastic time for any ambitious, career driven Marketing professional to come in and make their mark.
Your new role
This hugely important role, that sits within a key division of the business, is responsible for a group of websites, and all day-to-day activity, including profit and loss, product, pricing and promotion. You'll be expected to deliver on KPI's and be accountable to a Senior Trading manager, although you will be largely autonomous, and be given a significant amount of freedom to make decisions. The role is also responsible for a team of three junior traders.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a role that would suit a dynamic, commercial Marketer with previous experience working with physical products and driving growth. Experience managing eCommerce sites is also crucial, and Direct Marketing experience would be highly advantageous. The business loves people from entrepreneurial backgrounds, but if you come from a more structured corporate environment that experience would be useful as well.
