Your new company
Our client, a market leading multi-channel retailer, are experiencing a period of growth and have emerged from the pandemic with extremely strong financial results. As such, they are seeking a UX Analyst to help them improve the user experience of their ecommerce websites
Your new role
As UX Analyst, you will operate multiple digital analytics tools to analyse and provide insight into user behaviour. You will work really closely with our clients' other digital teams to support the best possible user experience, so collaboration is key in this role. Working as a UX Analyst , you will have a really broad role where you will work on set monthly tasks but also deep dive into research and project based work. This is a fantastic team who share their expertise freely and are extremely approachable, so you can expect to feel supported and able to further develop your skill set.
What you'll need to succeed
You will utilise user research such as survey setting to collect qualitative data and be able to develop user insight into ideas for improvement.
You'll be able to communicate ideas using relevant documentation, specifying mobile and desktop user journeys using wireframing tools.
You'll assist in delivering the A/B and MVT test roadmap and will assist the ecommerce development roadmap by providing research and solutions for new website features
You will be creative and able to produce new ideas and concepts and collaborate effectively with our wider development team to ensure best outcomes
You'll be able to demonstrate a data and research driven approach, with a good understanding of how both analytics tools and user research can inform designs
