Digital Manager | Boston | Hybrid | £35-45,000

What you will be doing
In the newly created role of Digital Manager, you will work closely with a recently appointed Marketing Director and the wider team to manage the Brands through a variety of digital platforms. You will be able to take ownership of the implementation of the marketing strategy through digital and the wider teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns. You will be an ambassador for the Brand values and TOV, ensuring these are delivered across all activity. You will lead of the creation, development and implementation of PPC and SEO optimisation and you will lead on the social media planning, whilst managing a Digital Executive who is responsible for Social Media execution.

Our client is a highly reputable business with a strong pedigree in their sector, they are known for product innovation, quality and high service levels, delivered in a sustainable manner at a great value to their customer base. They currently turnover in excess of £50m and have significant growth plans in place to double the size over the next 5 years. In order to achieve this, they are investing heavily across many areas of the business, specifically in Marketing we have recently appointed a Marketing Director who is focussed on growing their Brands with a fresh approach. What we are looking for
The role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role, who has a strong grasp across Social Media, CRM, PPC, SEO. It could suit either an Executive looking for their first step into a Management role or an experienced Manager looking to join a business with a clear vision for the future and investment available to achieve it. Given you will be required in the office you shgould live within a reasonable commuting distance of Boston, Lincolnshire.
