Product / Service: Premier fitness equipment products and fitness accessories

Your Skills: eCommerce sales & marketing experience, strong knowledge and experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify websites, excellent communication skills.
Product / Service: Complete home gym range covering everything from 20kg barbells to speed skipping ropes.

About Us:

We are the UK’s leading home fitness brand, you can find us in many major high street stores such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco. We manufacture white label products for many major retailers. We also have a sister brand, Myga, which is an eco-friendly yoga brand with two physical stores in the Bullring, Birmingham.

We manufacture in China, and import and distribute in the UK, Europe and North America, operating out of our own pick and pack warehouse based in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Since 2020, a larger part of our business has been B2C, and as such we are looking for a team of eCommerce professionals to join and help us expand the business further. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to help move the business forwards and progress their own career.

The eCommerce Assistant Role:

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a candidate who will be enthusiastic with great attention to detail. As an eCommerce specialist your role will be varied where no two days are the same. You may also be required to undertake tasks that may be outside your job role to assist the eCommerce team in day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create and maintain data within our databases/back-end systems.
+ Evaluate monthly stock/sales report, stock replenishment reports.
+ Create and maintain marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
+ Evaluate and update shipping templates across multiple platforms.
+ Analysis, interpretation, extraction and/or manipulation of data.
+ Assist the online merchandiser with any data entry and administrative duties.
+ Deal with customers in a professional manner over the phone and email when required.
+ Amazon, eBay, Shopify website data entry, support ticket creation and follow up.

About You:

+ 2 years and above experience in eCommerce sales & marketing.
+ Well experienced with Microsoft Office and marketplace backend systems.
+ Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify websites.
+ Passionate about eCommerce, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a positive and proactive attitude.
+ Strong communication, time management and organisational skills.
