RFP Specialist - Up to £60,000 + c£10,000 Bonus - Perm - Asset Management

Hays are currently working in partnership with an established global Investment management firm that specialise within pension schemes.
Your new role
In your new role as an RFP Specialist, you will be responsible for the completion of client Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), working with Sales, Product, Client Delivery, Countries and other regional proposal teams. You will create bespoke pieces that are tailored to each client request to ensure the firm are positioning their products in the best way to ensure a high win rate. You will be project managing multiple tasks & will work with a variety of different stakeholders to ensure you have the information/ data to complete high quality work. A great role for someone who has either worked in RFP's or someone who has worked in a different function area like research, data, investor reactions etc & really want to understand products in more depth, alongside working with stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* Some understanding of asset management or pension schemes
* 1+ years' of experience within RFP's or experience within other transformable investment function areas
* Someone who enjoys writing bespoke pieces of investment content
* Strong project management skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive £55,000 per year + c£10,000 bonus & a wider benefits package.
