Your new role
We are recruiting for a Design Chapter Lead who will be part of their growing Agile Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role shaping and evolving the design practice to drive innovation and design product and service experiences that meet the changing needs of customers. You will be responsible for identifying and developing the right composition of skills in the team and will also provide leadership to support their digital transformation journey.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior Designer able to demonstrate a strong track record of working in with broad knowledge in a range of design disciplines (Service design, research, UX, Agile frameworks, customer journeys, visual and content design). Alongside this, you will have very high and sophisticated interpersonal skills needed to lead multi-discipline and cross-functional teams and build trust with challenging stakeholders, applying design thinking through problem discovery, co-creation and detailed design. You can demonstrate a high degree of business and commercial knowledge, to enable commercially viable and business compatible service design.
