Your new role
You will be working with key clients to create, execute and report on marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, increase engagement across both webshops and seasonal sales analysis to report back to the client,
You will create and update product copy across the webshops to keep it relevant and engaging, regularly proof website and spot check for potential errors and inconsistency, while exploring new opportunities for the brand to grow using social media platform. Oversee categorisation and creation of photo upload, price strike, and refreshing homepage content.
You will work with the design team on marketing briefs to create compelling visuals, share marketing plans with the account managers and wider team. Managing translations and market material for the webshop. Building marketing plans and timelines for future and upcoming activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have great copywriting skills the ability to write both short and long form copy and adapt to the tone and voice of the client, the ability to report on web analytics and sales data to provide insights into user and customer browsing and purchasing behaviors
You will understanding the web platform and it's functionalities and attention to detail is key, time management must be able to balance urgent client requests and manage client expectations.
Great organization and planning skills to ensure you can manage own work load in a timely manner. Previous experience in ecommerce and client-facing role, a good understanding of, or interest in social media marketing and website analytics.
