Your New Role
The role of Communications Manager is a brand-new role to the team, meaning there is massive opportunity to develop and really make it one's own. You will be joining a creative team environment that will directly to the head of Marketing, alongside working with the marketing department to deliver external communications across all relevant channels
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Head up the media calendar as well as driving ideas to push communications and business coverage to the next level
* Working closely with stakeholders, the communications and marketing team to develop external communications and organise PR projects
* Establish and grow new and existing relationships within the company, as well as business partners, journalists and so on…
* Partner with HR to attract employee engagement across all sectors of the business
* Analysing all types of data to identify areas for advancements
What You'll Need to Succeed
* A degree level qualification in a relevant field is desirable, but is not essential
* A passion and experience in conducting effective PR and communications campaigns from all areas of the process - ideally in a corporate background
* Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills that can be adaptive and accessible for each audience
* Comfortable leading and interpreting advice and information to all stakeholders
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, B2B work environment
* Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial B2B environment and be an organised team player
