Your new role
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for initiating, designing, leading, and delivering marketing campaign activity to support both brand and growth objectives for the business' Commercial sector. You will contribute to internal communications initiatives to promote collaboration and employee engagement and define and create strong relationships with stakeholders, provide information on marketing activity and campaign performance to the Marketing Lead, Identify and conduct market research on trends and competitors, Analyse campaign data and respond accordingly throughout the delivery of a campaign, manage calendar/timeline of integrated multi-channel tactics including conferences, client events, awards, social media, thought leadership and editorial activities, including budgetary requirements and KPI reporting and Schedule, write and track social media content, Manage events, both in-person and virtual, and source and write various forms of targeted content including award entries, case studies, blogs, client presentations and emails aligned to brand messaging which support the campaigns.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related degree level education, desirable if you have CIM qualification or equivalent or digital marketing qualifications. Minimum 3-5 years plus experience in a similar role, preferably B2B experience within the Commercial sector including residential, offices, corporate real estate, lie sciences, high street and mixed use and leisure and hospitality. You will have strong capabilities in stakeholder management, storytelling, and content creation, B2B campaign management and delivery of marketing programmes with a focus on results and strong digital marketing skills and experience with thought leadership campaigns and account-based marketing. Ability to provide a strategic link between marketing communications activities, brand, and business outcomes, the ability to quickly grasp and understand market and industry issues and trends, excellent copywriting, editing and presentation skills and experience working within a global matrix structure would be beneficial. You will have self-motivation, self-awareness, self-discipline, and self-improvement with positive energy, understanding of GDPR and ability to advocate best practice to ensure compliance, proficiency in Microsoft package and a client centric attitude, embracing the company brand and values.
