I have been tasked by a superb Poole-based B2B retailer, who have been going through a sustained period of exponential growth, to identify a key new hire for their team. This innovative, product-led business have a real focus on continuous improvement and a custom centric philosophy and have tens of thousands of products available across a range of eCommerce platforms. This extremely diversified organisation is planning further growth, and this is a fantastic time for any ambitious, career driven Performance Marketing Manager to come in and make their mark.

Your new role
This role is an excellent opportunity to take control of a huge PPC budget in the 6 figure a month region as well influence strategy and development. The goal is to grow and promote a number of hugely successful eCommerce websites, with tens of thousands of products, with a KPI of 10% growth in sales.

The role will also be responsible for SEO as a supplementary advertising strategy, including setting best-practise for the rest of the team. You will also be responsible for analysing and optimising your paid campaigns.
