Communications Coordinator - Wimbledon - Up to £42K - Legal Sector


About Your New Company

This leading legal service provider is currently looking for a communications coordinator to join their team. This company has a strong client base, working with them ranging between the private and public sector, with 600 staff members spread across 5 national offices. The company culture values its people and makes it's a priority to have a fun company environment, both in work hours and outside them as well.

Your New Role

You will be working in a dynamic department of 15 people within the development and marketing team. It is a specialised role that will focus primarily on producing and managing the content and copy process and will be the first point of contact for any questions or strategy's when creating interesting content across a variety of platforms, all performing a unique purpose.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Be at the forefront of original and captivating marketing content including for press releases, newsletters, data driven projects, guestlists for events and social media
* Be the lead copywriter
* Develop a pipeline of content for all sectors
* Work with Senior Digital Marketing Executive to ensure online content is always up to date
* Support all aspects of internal communications for the company
* Build email marketing campaigns and mailing lists on CRM
* Back the wider in-house marketing activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
* Support the Senior marketing staff and other colleagues within the team

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Has experience in a marketing and communications role or environment
* Has a passion for writing and copy, with excellent communication skills
* Confident working with senior leadership
* Efficient using CRM systems
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* A willingness to get involved with a range of areas and projects being pushed along by the team
* An eager worker and proactive learner who can work well solo
* Able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines and handle last minute changes
* A team player and independent with first rate problem-solving skills

What You Will Get in Return
* Competitive salary ranging from 38-42K
* Normally 9:30-5:30pm, with core work hours of 10-4pm so you can work flexibly
* 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

* One day in the office but can go in more if desired
