The eCommerce Project Delivery Manager Role:

Delivering an Omnichannel experience for our customers is vital to ensuring that we provide as many Omnichannel digital touchpoints developments as possible to support their buying journey. The key area of which is eCommerce. This exciting and complex channel requires an excellent project manager to support the successful transformation of business processes and systems to support the continued acceleration of our customer centric eCommerce solution while closely working with Toyota Motor Europe on implementation and delivery.

As an accomplished Project Manager / Digital Change Facilitator you will lead this exciting and complex project - overseeing the successful transformation of both business processes (TGB, One Toyota entities, Retailers, 3rd Parties) and systems to support the continued acceleration of this customer-friendly eCommerce solution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Management, development and delivery of the Online Retail (OR) sales channel for both Toyota and Lexus- includes new cars, used cars and for both Toyota and Lexus for all products and services.
+ Delivery of an exceptional customer experience for the increasing number of customers that choose to purchase a car (and other value chain products) online including identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to drive performance and customer engagement.
+ Development of the future phases of the 'Buy Online channel’ and creation of a comprehensive roadmap for future development - including Value Chain opportunities, additional finance products and loyalty programmes.
+ Primary contact for the TME online retail team to maximise their schedule of developments locally and to ensure that their future strategy fully supports our eCommerce channel.
Identify, scope, design, develop and deliver additional eCommerce channel developments in future.
