About You

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

·         A graduate with a strong track record with around 4 years’ experience across all the key marketing disciplines – ideally including advertising, media, creative design, print, project management, online and customer insight.

·         A proven people manager, whether it be an internal team or agencies, support functions or suppliers.

·         As well as successful campaigns, you’ll know how to present your ideas convincingly – successfully winning others round to your point of view.

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.

·         Highly self-motivated, able to work alone or with teams.
