Purpose & Scope
A rare and exciting opportunity to build on a newly developed website, CMS and brand palette to lead on delivering strong commercial results, and growing brand equity and audience engagement at an exciting moment in RiverHomes’ 20 years history.
As part of a growing team of friendly, dynamic professionals, you will be responsible for delivering and growing one of the best real estate and lifestyle brands in London with creative, innovative marcomms solutions across a range of platforms, as well as ensuring that day to day marketing operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities and Key Duties
- Drive the development and implementation of the Brand and Marketing strategy, building brand equity and engagement within the London riverside community Coordinate and drive strategy specifically around brand campaigns and digital marketing, and oversee PR efforts Work closely with colleagues – sales, photography etc. - to ensure successful execution of all marketing initiatives, in particular driving awareness of apartment sales & lettings, and building our credentials as a premium lifestyle brand Work closely with the MD to focus all marketing ideas on the achievement of key business goals and, where appropriate, bring to implementation and execution Develop relationships and regularly communicate with a range of individuals and organisations to drive the marketing and exposure of RiverHomes to our target audiences Focus communications strategy to vendors as well as buyers and renters –including a seasonal content calendar, social media, newsletters, blog content etc Take complete ownership of the digital marketing strategy for RiverHomes, ensuring any live PPC campaigns are optimised at all times, the website is maintained for SEO etc. Manage a robust mult-iplatform calendar of activity, project managing specific activations Report regularly and specifically on campaign ROI and channel KPIs as required Handle social media activities & communication to improve social media reputation and recognition Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. This will include London waterside culture as well as property Ensuring the company website is up to date and functional Ensure brand consistency across all channels, digital and physical, including any B2C collateral e.g. new home/ we’ve moved stationery, keyrings etc
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
- Preferably (but not a must) bachelor’s degree level education in Marketing or related field A proven track record of success in a mid/ senior level brand or marketing role, including inbound lead generation A confident, positive and dynamic self-starter Entrepreneurial and creative mindset Strong budget forecasting and management skills Strong quantitative, analytical, testing and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to roll sleeves up and work as part of a team
