The company has recently gone through a brand refresh exercise that included a lot of discovery for our client as an agency and this, in turn became essential in forming their tone. Offering strategic services lead with intelligence, knowledge, and a great work ethic.

This exciting agency are looking for someone to mimic this in their output and manage their online presence.

Working closely and reporting to the MD, you will build, develop, and implement strategic marketing plans for our client as a Digital Marketing Agency. Efforts will include promoting their core services in PPC, Social, SEO and Amazon, their external tech adoption, and in-house tools. This role will also cover a recently opened office in Glasgow where the agency has continued their pre-covid plans of having a more localised service offering (covid set this back just a touch).

A lot of the day-to-day tasks will require competency in content writing, design, use of platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot CRM etc. You will also be supported by a team of content writers, designers, developers, and resources from the services offered should the project require support.

This vibrant agency is well known for their relaxed atmosphere, and they are protective of the inclusive culture they have worked hard to build but as with all staff members they fully expect you to 'own it' regarding your role. If you need micro-managing, chasing, reminding of deadlines and are not a self-starter then they are not the agency for you.

What you'll need to succeed


* 3+ years dedicated marketing experience
* Preferred B2B experience
* Competent using Canva or Adobe packages
* Self-motivator and proactive personality
* Fresh, innovative ideas
* Quality first attitude
* Good understanding of what we do/willingness to learn
* Reporting experience
* Agency experience preferred but not essential
