Your new role

Supporting the priorities and values identified in the organisations strategic plan.
▪ Supporting the ongoing sustainability and business growth of the organisation by identifying and realising markets and coordinating current and new business.
▪ Scoping opportunities for new business development, to build our portfolio of services and to grow our business in a challenging and competitive marketplace.
▪ Developing relationships with key partners/stakeholders in our existing and new sectors with a view to opening up new business opportunities and diverse funding streams.
▪ Supporting Service Managers in their roles as local Business Development champions.
▪ Assisting the Head of Development in developing services.



What you'll need to succeed

Experience of writing, submitting and presenting tender bids and funding applications.
Experience of identifying and realising potential markets.
Relationship and key stakeholder management
Project Management experience
Business development skills and strategies
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent networking skills
