Hays Marketing are pleased to be assisting a leading international law firm in the recruitment of a Client Executive to join their busy team.

Your New Role

You will be joining at an exciting time as they look to deliver further value to the business through identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, providing strategic insight, delivering training, and encouraging colleagues to make more use of the service.

You will assist with the growth, delivery and evaluation of client listening activities as well as support the analysis of client feedback and the production of regular reports, presentations and dashboards, to deliver relevant insights back to the business.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have experience of client feedback programmes, research, business development and/or client account management, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum with good benefits on a permanent contract.
