Your new role
We're looking for a Market Research Lead to manage the end-to-end process of the design, development, co-ordination and delivery of appropriate research to provide the insights needed to inform key strategic and operational decisions and evaluate the outcome of interventions.

The team has an important role in providing robust primary and secondary research insights to inform and evaluate the organisation's strategy, policy, communications campaigns and operational activities. Some of the responsibilities include:


* Providing evidence about the success of communications campaigns with employers, governing bodies and individuals, and materials used in regulatory activities that are aimed at raising awareness or changing behaviour.
* Helping monitor how compliant regulated audiences are and what further support they might need and how effective the organisation is in explaining and promoting compliance.
* Understanding awareness and acceptance among regulated audiences and other stakeholders of new laws, policies and initiatives.
* Identifying knowledge or data gaps and emerging risks.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for applicants with a strong background in Market Research, either in-house or as part of a Research Agency. You will have experience as a professional Market Researcher, with knowledge of a range of different research methodologies, both primary and secondary - for example online or telephone surveys, plus reviewing secondary research and drawing insights from it. You will ideally have B2B experience, with an ability to present insights and findings from research undertaken, as well as experience testing different research methodologies.

You will benefit from a 35 hour working week, with the ability to store up and take time in lieu for additional worked hours and a truly flexible working culture within a team visiting the office around once every fortnight.
