Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays (some flexibility - see advert below)
Salary: c£38,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road Studio, Bristol + Remote Working (Fully remote considered but must be able to travel to Bristol and London on a regular basis)
This is a Sales role like no other… not only do you get to work for one of the world’s leading and most recognised creative studios, but you’ll also be representing some of Aardman’s beloved characters including Morph Shaun the Sheep & Wallace and Gromit.
This role is responsible for the ongoing business development for Aardman’s creative services and marketing promotions activity. Working with best in class director talent, producers, brand managers and studio resources to create revenue generating opportunities through work for hire and brand licensing activity. The post holder will also be responsible for attending regular internal sales and marketing meetings and managing to company’s presence at relevant trade shows and conferences.
We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with previous experience in a sales or marketing role in the B2B services or advertising industry (agency or client side).
You need excellent negotiation skills and sales techniques, strong administrative and organisational skills and an understanding of key B2B marketing channels
You will be someone who is one-step ahead of the market by proactively looking for new opportunities, and building and nurturing a network of creative directors, producers and marketing professionals, ensuring the company is front of mind when considering creative or commercial partnerships.
