Internal Communications Manager, Up to 65K (depending on experience) - Leading Sales based Industry

Your new company:
Our client is one of the Leading professional sales groups with over 250 offices Globally. The Company focuses on working closely with a range of expert and skilled individuals and allows a lot of room for progression. Based in London, they are looking for a new communications Manager who can help support the management of internal communications whilst working closely with the Global Head of Communications. Your role involves: As your new role as Communications manager, you will need to work closely with the Global Head of Communications to manage all the internal communications for all global change projects. You will Help to ensure that stakeholder communications are managed effectively and any complex change project messaging is delivered in a concise and consistent manner. In addition to these responsibilities, as a key member of the Global Communications and Brand team, you will also play an important role in the management of our global sponsorship with a city Football Group and manage the day to day relationship management for these football clubs.

Job duties include:

* Support the Global Head of Change to identify and analyse stakeholder communication needs for global change projects
* Liaise with regional change and internal communication resources to coordinate effective delivery of change communications in line with communication and engagement plan.
* Support the Global Change team in developing key messaging for projects to drive consistency throughout the lifecycle of the project and all related communications.
* Plan and develop visually impactful, engaging and informative communications (across multiple channels)
* Build relationships with senior internal stakeholders
* Manage and report the business impact our partnerships have on company objectives, striving to make improvements and drive efficiency.
* Support the Senior Brand Manager in managing our sponsorship of the Football Club by distribution of sponsorship assets across the global business and co-ordinating all internal activation.
* Work closely with regional marketing teams, global marketing teams and other key stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed:

* Over 4 years of experience of working in a project/change management related environment.
* Experience working within a matrix organisation with a geographically dispersed cross-functional team.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Strong writing and creativity skills with keen attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, driven, and proactive, demonstrating the initiative to get things done. You will be happy rolling your sleeves up, getting stuck in with the help of the rest of the Communications and Brand team, and wider regional Marketing teams.
* Proven ability to develop impactful, targeted communications through different mediums (i.e. PowerPoint, Online content, Videos).
