My client are a well-known consumer brand found in most European supermarkets. Aside from B2C consumers, they also cater to a professional market and have a strong B2B presence in the UK. Targeting these customers, their Professional division is home to a small marketing team responsible for customer acquisition and retention. Due to maternity, we are partnering with them to seek a CRM Campaign Specialist/Analyst for a 9 month contract.
Your new role
As the CRM Campaign Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide the wider team with insights/analytics to support campaign execution. Working largely with Salesforce & Pardot, you will inform campaigns through data analysis and insights; helping to identify automation and trigger points within the customer journey, identifying the most appropriate channels for campaign success (email, social, paid media), reporting on ROI of previous campaigns - identifying areas of improvement, and preparing the monthly insight report for the company Senior Management Meeting. You will support new business and retention through leads capture analytics, analysis of the buying lifecycle and even some user insights from the web.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for applicants who would be available to start quickly as this is an 8-9 month contract, due to end in early 2023. You will have experience with Salesforce and Pardot to be able to hit the ground running with CRM Analytics, and any cross-section of wider Marketing Campaign experience across PPC, Email, Social Media and Web Acquisition would be beneficial. The role will require travel to offices in Hampshire - however can be based largely remotely with this travel being occasional as required for meetings etc.
