Hays are delighted to be partnered with a leading not for profit organisation to recruit 2 Lead Events Coordinators to support the organisation in two different areas. This organisation are a leading membership body who support medical professionals through Scotland.
Your new role
One role with support the external client team to supervise and co-ordinate the delivery of weddings and celebration events for external commercial clients and also a range of internal ceremonial and celebration events.
The second role will supervise and coordinate the delivery of external, commercial conferences and meetings and provide administrative support to the internal events booking service for facilities including all conference, social and meeting spaces.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience in :
* Previous delivering and planning events in a venue setting
* Excellent organisation skills
* Competent computer skills, in particular in venue/event management systems such as Opera or Rendezvous
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
