This company are a large and rapidly growing software development company based in Glasgow. They are looking to add an ambitious Account Manager to their Customer Success department.
Your new role
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role is ideally suited to an ambitious and proactive Account Manager who has a desire to understand customer objections, manage relationships and deliver true value to both customers and the business. In the role you will own a portfolio of clients, forging top class relationships and acting as a key point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for generating sales amongst customers including upselling and cross-selling. This is an excited opportunity to join a rapidly-growing business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in an Account Manager role in a B2B software business and a proven ability to manage multiple Account Management projects at once keeping excellent attention to detail. You will n need exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
