Marketing Manager

Your new company
Exclusively working with a chartered bank, based in the City of London. They focus on asset finance, finance & property development. They have grown rapidly over the past year, and continue to see growth in the future. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role as the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Line management of 1 to 2 direct reports
Responsible for the management and coordination of advertising, direct mail campaigns, newsletters, website, social media & the intranet
Organising internal & external events
Attendance at industry shows & award events
Execute data driven campaigns using analytics, insights & segmentation
Budget management
Deliver the online contact strategy & CRM strategy

What you need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role as the marketing manager, you will ideally have the following:
Previous line management experience (must)
Previous budget management experience
Experiencing developing & managing campaigns
Experience with CRM
Event management experience
Ability to understand key customer segments & design campaigns
