This is a fantastic opportunity to join the established and high performing marketing team within the Snap-on Diagnostics business in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is used to working in a fast paced and dynamic marketing environment, with an emphasis on working alongside sales and product management teams to achieve business and sales growth targets. Ideally, we would like someone who is interested in the overall business goals and appreciates the role they play in achieving them.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Management of the overall marketing strategy for the King’s Lynn based business and be a key team member of the global diagnostic marketing team
•Develop Marketing content to support the sales programmes.
•Develop, monitor and co-ordinate the maintenance, as well as write and update product content contained on the business units websites/portals.
•Manage the content and schedule of e-marketing materials to support our brands and work with the e-marketing specialist to co-ordinate scheduling and production
•Manage marketing materials and electronic marketing vehicles, including Internet and other digital forms of communication for the equipment brands•Management of the Marketing budget and
•Manage creative support and quality of products produced ie.writing, editing and proofreading content for marketing collateral.
•Develop and manage the creation of pieces for various marketing campaigns and ongoing promotions, including direct mail pieces, e-marketing, presentations, posters, handouts, promotional specialities, etc.
•Manage content for external and internal newsletters and provide internal marketing communications support on a global level to ensure broad implementation of brand strategies.
•Manage projects with outside vendors and agencies to assure quality of work, reliability of delivery within schedule time frames and competitive costs of services.
•Create report metrics and analyse results on the success of marketing promotions, initiatives and ongoing activities
•Maintaining strong relationships and regular contact with key business stakeholders that will assist in moving forward the business goal and strategies.
•There will be occasions when providing support to our other marketing teams will, also, be required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
•Bachelors degree in Marketing, a related field or relevant experience
•Demonstrable high-level experience in Marketing or related product support role.
•In depth knowledge of sales channels, brands and communication systems and tools
.•Experience of using a CRM system, Direct Marketing, Lead generation.
•Experience of Managing a departmental budget
•Campaign management experience
•Aware of the current and latest marketing methods.
•Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
•Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
•Experience of working in a B2B sales focused environment
•Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
