My client are a large and reputable employer in the West Sussex area, offering hybrid home-working and a range of benefits to employees. We are partnering to recruit the permanent role of Digital Content Manager, managing two direct reports in a role pivotal to the brand's online presence.
Your new role
As the Digital Content Manager, you will manage all digital touch points including website and social media content ensuring it aligns with the brand's key content pillars. As the main point of contact for digital content for the whole company, you will have company-wide visibility in this highly autonomous role.
You will work closely with the Heads of Brand and Content and Digital, and internal stakeholders to develop strategic thinking ensuring a consistent voice across all digital channels. You will help to create digital content that is impactful, improving perceptions, enhancing reputation and promoting the brand's core values to customers.
Managing two direct reports, you will be accountable for reputational management across all digital channels. You will lead and support improvement programmes across all digital touchpoints and be the content authority for the website. You will monitor and report on content performance and ensure the content calendar supports business priorities, looking to make continuous improvements. You will ensure all content is in-line with current best practice by adapting and evolving it in line with business needs.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in content management and working to multiple deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You will act as guardian of digital standards and compliance across all touchpoints. You will be highly organised and strategic in your approach with the ability to work under pressure. You will have advanced knowledge and experience of content scheduling and reporting tools such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch, Agile and a background in managing a website and working with CMS tools, Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Knowledge of SEO techniques and tools is highly advantageous as is knowledge of email coding.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 plus hybrid working - allowing up to 3 days a week home working. You will also receive a package of company benefits.
