Senior Marketing & Communications Executive- Luxury Real Estate

Your new company is a rapidly growing luxury property development company founded by a significant businessperson in 2008. The company has an extensive property portfolio with "super prime" residential developments in the UK and the South of France. They have recently acquired properties in South Mayfair and aim to create the most luxurious properties in the United Kingdom.


Your new role

An opportunity has arisen for a talented real estate professional to join the Development, Sales & Marketing team who are responsible for formulating and delivering the S&M strategies for the company's most prestigious developments in London & France. The vacancy would suit a versatile professional seeking a diverse and challenging role working on multiple projects spanning marketing & communications. You will join a small but expanding sales and marketing team based at our Mayfair offices and enjoy a creative working environment among real estate professionals & designers. The role will involve frequent travel to our French office in Antibes. You will be required to work across two of our super prime developments in London and France to implement the communications and marketing strategies successfully. You will play a major role to help manage the brand and marketing plus PR agency for the projects.


Your responsibilities


* Support the Director of Marketing and the Director of Sales to deliver sales, marketing and communication strategies for both prime projects in London and France
* Project manage our appointed creative agencies to deliver marketing collaterals, digital content, apartment finder software, architectural models, films, brochures, websites, floor plans
* Project manage our appointed PR agency to deliver successful communications strategies for London, France and the developer brand
* Oversee press opportunities and communicate with the team for approval, review press releases and agree sign off with key stakeholders
* Oversee crisis communications management for London and French projects in line with agreed protocols
* Work with appointed agencies and suppliers on sponsorships and events
* Lead the day-to-day management of the social media profiles - currently
* LinkedIn for construction/developer communications
* Manage the marketing suite design and delivery for the French project
* Oversee the delivery of CGI visualisations to represent new developments in the pipeline
* Prepare monthly reports to the UK & French management teams
* Hold accountability of suppliers
* Ad-hoc duties, when required


What you need to succeed


* At least 4 years' experience in marketing and communications
* A good understanding of design, architecture, and the built environment
* A good knowledge of the property market
* Project Management skills in delivering multiple projects
* An understanding the development process from inception to completion
* Experience in development sales and marketing
